Ingredients:
- Cake:
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g butter

- Pinch of salt
- Basting:
- 50 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- Vanilla cream:
- 500 ml milk
- 1 package of vanilla pudding powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 200 g butter
- Baking:
- 100 g slivered almonds
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp cream
Instructions:
- For the cake, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Melt the butter and add to the egg mixture.
- Add flour mixture alternately with milk and salt to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Place parchment paper in a springform pan, pour the batter in the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- For the basting, melt sugar and honey in a pot and mix with milk.
- When the cake is done, remove from oven, prick with a fork and brush with the basting mixture.
- For the vanilla cream, mix the vanilla pudding powder with sugar and a little milk.
- Bring the rest of the milk to a boil and add the pudding mixture while stirring constantly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add butter and mix until it melts.
- Cool the pudding.
- Cut the cake in half horizontally.
- Add half of the pudding to the bottom layer of the cake and place the top layer of the cake on the pudding.
- Add the rest of the pudding on the top layer.
- For the baking, melt sugar and honey in a pot and add slivered almonds.
- Add cream and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Spoon the mixture over the top layer of the cake and let it cool.

- 150 ml milk

- 1 tbsp mustard

- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 leeks
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grate the onion.
- Cut the bread rolls into pieces and soak them in milk.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Combine the ground beef, onion, soaked bread rolls, eggs, mustard and tomato paste.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- Chop the leeks into thin rings and sauté in butter.
- Deglaze with white wine and vegetable broth.
- Thicken with cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with the meatloaf.

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, grated lemon peel and salt.
- Cut butter into small pieces and mix with the flour mixture.
- Add egg yolk and mix until dough is crumbly.
- Form dough into a ball and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Gently roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.
- Grease a muffin tin and place one circle of dough in each muffin cup.
- For the apricot filling, mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and lemon juice in a pot.
- Add apricot halves and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
